Information for Prospective Authors
The papers must be original and should not have been published or offered for publication elsewhere. Purely promotional text will not be accepted. The respective Technical Paper Committees reserve the right to accept a submission as a paper for presentation. Authors must assign all copy rights of the submitted papers to WODA Prospective Authors are requested to submit a 300 word abstract of their paper by 30 September 2009. The submission must include the name, complete mailing address, telephone number and email contact address of the author.
The technical Committees will assess the abstracts. Authors will be informed not later than 31 October 2009 of acceptance of their paper and will receive an “Authors Kit”. The “Authors Kit” will include instructions for the preparation of the full technical paper, conference registration form and the copyright transfer form. Draft Manuscripts having a text of 3000-5000 words with a total length no longer than 20 pages including figures and pictures must reach the organizers before 28 February 2010. All manuscripts will be refereed for quality, correctness, originality and relevance. Reviewer comments will be sent to the first of corresponding author before 31 May 2010 Final full technical Papers must be received by 31 June 2010.
